Our founders started their careers by implementing HR and payroll systems for some of the world’s largest organizations, learning valuable knowledge and reliable expertise. Sathyaprasad Bellore
Founder & CEO
Sathya brings over 20 years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise HR and payroll interface solutions across global markets. His primary professional journey has been with ADP (Automatic Data Processing), where he worked extensively in both India and the UK, leading major implementations of ADP iHCM for multinational clients.
Early in his career, he became a recognized expert in SQL programming and in building scalable, tailored solutions using ADP iHCM’s meta development tools. His technical foundation also includes expertise in Salesforce and Sage People configurations, particularly within the HR and Talent Management domain.
Sathya led the global rollout of Planview for ADP’s implementation and service delivery teams, streamlining resource allocation and project tracking across geographies. Known for his consultative approach, he has successfully managed numerous end-to-end HR transformation projects involving system integration, data migration, and process optimization.
His leadership philosophy combines technical precision with strategic insight, making him a trusted partner for organizations seeking to transform their HR operations through technology.
Rajkumar Selvaraj
Chief Technical Architect
Raj is a seasoned technology leader with 16+ years of experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance software systems. He is an expert in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), system analysis, and distributed application development. With a strong foundation in .NET technologies, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, Digital Ocean), Raj leads the technical vision of the company.
Before joining us, Raj was a Technical Architect at ADP , where he designed cloud-native HR and payroll solutions using event-driven systems (Kafka, Azure Service Bus), containerized microservices, and API-first strategies. He spearheaded cloud transformation initiatives, modernized legacy applications into serverless, secure, and compliant infrastructures, and ensured high availability across global systems.
Sabeena Azeez
Technical Lead
Sabeena brings 16+ years of expertise in full-stack web development and solution architecture. She is highly proficient in crafting modern software solutions using .NET Core, Angular, REST APIs, and both Azure and AWS cloud platforms. Her technical leadership spans cloud deployment, scalability, and management of robust applications across domains.
With strong experience in SQL (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases, she is adept at designing data-intensive applications, optimizing performance, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Sabeena also led critical government services development projects, including work for the Ministry of Awqaf, showcasing her versatility in public-sector digital transformation.
